Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation

• A minimum of one (1) calendar month’s written notice is required for all membership cancellations.
• Membership fees remain payable during the notice period, regardless of attendance.

December & January Cancellations

• Due to annual planning and holiday scheduling, any cancellation intended to take effect during December or January must be agreed upon by both the member and Ascendis MMA & Fitness at least two (2) months in advance.
• Cancellation requests submitted outside of this period may not be approved and normal membership fees will remain applicable.

Session Payments

• All private, semi-private, and booked training sessions must be paid for in advance.
• Payment confirms your booking and reserves your training time.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, holidays, illness, or non-attendance by the member.
• A refund will only be considered where Ascendis MMA & Fitness is unable to provide the agreed training sessions.
• Any refund request must be supported by sufficient evidence and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by management.
• If approved, refunds will only apply to sessions that could not reasonably be delivered by Ascendis MMA & Fitness.
