How much do MMA classes cost at Ascendis?

Monthly memberships start at ZAR 950 for Kids MMA (ages 5–15), ZAR 1,050 for Teens & Opens MMA group classes, and ZAR 1,550 for the Competitor Package. Private and semi-private training rates are available on enquiry. Your first trial session is completely free.
